Come by the house at 8am this Saturday to help brother and alumni James Streifel (LU 146) move from his house in Huntington Beach. The move should be done by around 2 and there will be food over there as well. We will be kicking it in Huntington Beach afterwards. Call Joe or check the boards for more info.
Our senior picnic/family day will happen at Acacia park (by Rosary High) from 2-8 PM, on May 17th. I would really like for all of the seniors to come out so we can all say congratulations, however all actives and alumni are encouraged to come, and please invite your parents/siblings/family. If you are going to bring more than 3 guests let Dan, Colucci, or myself know so we can plan accordingly for food
We are working on Hawaiian BBQ to cater the event. Please bring picnic blankets and lawn chairs, some tables & chairs will be available, but let the parents use those. -Sack
The latest issue of “The Rock” features our chapter working together with Donate Life. Donate Life is a nonprofit Organ and Tissue Donor Registry dedicated to saving the lives of thousands of Californians awaiting life-saving transplants. Their mission is to serve as a voice and inspire all people to save and enhance lives through organ, eye and tissue donation. Here are some excerpts from the article:
“Daniel Ott, Commander of the Fullerton chapter, said they wanted to get involved in this noble cause. “We’ve been looking for an organization to help us take our philanthropy to the next level. As long as there’s a need, we hope to continue to participate.“
“Sigma Nus at Cal State Fullerton staffed a booth for Donate Life at a big kick-off event to promote organ donation to the Greek community“
The six chapters involved with Donate Life California are: CSU Fullerton, CSU Los Angeles, CSU Northridge, CSU Pomona and UC Santa Barbara. Fullerton, Northridge and Pomona participated in activities during the month of April, while the other campuses will coordinate their events at other times during the academic year.

2007 will go down as a truly great year for us. There are so many success stories that it’s hard to mention them all. From completely changing the look of the house to winning sorority competitions, we’ve displayed leadership and a winning spirit throughout 2007. There has been a lot of hard work put into our ever-changing fraternity, and we want to thank those brothers who stepped it up. As 2007 draws to a close, 2008 looks brighter than ever for us. New officers with bright, fresh visions of the chapter will bring exciting happenings to our fraternity. Events are already planned out for 2008, as it looks to be yet another busy year. We will continue to work hard to become the very best organization, not just Greek, on campus. We will keep going strong, keep pushing ourselves, and keep winning; as we are SIGMA NU, and this is what we do. Happy Holidays and LTH. 2008 here we come…
