Sigma Nu has quite a few unique differences that set us apart from the rest of the fraternities nationwide. Our national chapter found a way to give back to its’ members in more than just brotherhood and activities that we participate in each year. Sigma Nu has a program called LEAD, a four-phase member development program. LEAD is an acronym for Leadership, Ethics, Achievement, and Development. The purpose of LEAD is to develop ethical leaders for society, brothers who will make an impact on their chapter, campus and community.

In alignment with Sigma Nu’s continuing efforts “To develop ethical leaders…” we offer the LEAD Program as a tool to assist our membership in both gaining the knowledge and developing the skills and abilities needed to be an effective and ethical leader for life. The LEAD Program is a comprehensive ethical leadership development program designed to ensure participants “learn by doing.”
